From simple curb appeal to major projects, what would it take to make your life easier and your home appraisal higher?

Here is a home where the owners needed easier access.  Wrapping the new ramp around the home from the back yard to the driveway made the gentle slope possible while loosing minimal yard space and saving all the limited parking available.  Mission accomplished!

A project like this one can require permission from multiple entities, not just the homeowner.  Permits were obtained through the County and the Parks Management required all lattice to be removed.  Still needing a way to keep their pet in but providing easy access, we created an aesthetically pleasing gate meeting all of the above conditions.

Now you see it,

now you don't!

New doors, some rot repair, some new siding and all new paint including trim.  The walkway was cracked with a broken step so that was torn out and a simple brushed surface walk spruced up the curb appeal of this home giving it a complete fresh new look.

Freshening up a gate with new wood, hardware and some stain, quite the difference!
